Project Management

Project managers coordinate, plan and assume responsibility for all the intricate details associated with a new installation, reconfiguration or relocation. This requires special skills: experience, expertise, AND a creative, yet logical mind. Beyond that, project managers at Systems Source are empowered to make decisions and to take any action necessary to ensure the success of the project.

Our project managers work hand-in-hand with our customer service people who are responsible for order entry, order acknowledgment, confirming lead times, expediting orders, and coordinating deliveries and installations.


CAD designers develop furniture typicals and specifications and prepare installation drawings. These designers have the technical skills to quickly and accurately produce drawings utilizing Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) software. Equally important, they understand and have a strong working knowledge of the intricacies of each manufacturer's product lines.

Systems Source has invested in several CAD software applications to ensure that the one most appropriate for a specific project will be utilized. These applications are: AutoCad 2010, CAP Designer, CAP Worksheet and Giza. All Systems Source offices are networked so that files can be shared and workflow efficiency maximized. 


In an industry still in its technological infancy, Systems Source has been proud to be many steps ahead of our competition, providing online purchasing/ordering and order tracking back when other companies were still using pen and paper.

Our unique and easy-to-use online systems are backed by a team of professional programmers and I.T. technicians who know how to address the human interface - that is, to make our programs accessible and readily available at all times. Systems Source also maintains its own internal network of project management and tracking applications, all geared to help us better serve our customers.


Installation is our specialty! We have our own 20+ person installation crew supported by a truck fleet. Installations go smoothly because the Installation Manager and Project Manager work closely to coordinate all details and site conditions prior to installation. What you can expect from our experienced and fully-certified staff is attention to detail!

Our own specially designed and custom fabricated carts and site specific protective materials guard against damage to both product and building. Systems Source installers take initiative and are creative problem solvers. This platform was custom built to allow entry through a removed second floor window. Systems Source has its own truck fleet and installers. This is crucial in providing the absolute best delivery and installation services possible.


We give you convenient access to your product inventory and keeps your real estate costs down! 
We have our own warehouses, trucks and full-time crew of over 20 with over 65,000 sq. ft. of space.
Product is inspected for damage and verified for accuracy upon receipt, prior to being palletized and stored in racks. We generate Monthly/Weekly inventory reports and can generate bar-code tagging and identification.

All product in storage is shrink wrapped to protect against damage and dust. It is then palletized and assigned a location in the racks.
For long-term storage of oversized product, we custom build crates to ensure protection from dirt and damage. For customer inventories, we organize smaller items in custom-built storage units for better verification of product and ease of access.
